In General we always have one free reship for US/UK/EU/AUS/NZ. Please read the specifics about our reship policy and the requirements for each warehouse and destination country.
If your parcel has been lost after it has cleared customs we are not responsible for that. However in most cases we will send a reshipment as a sign of good faith. Our reship policy is mainly meant for seized packages.
Sometimes a certain shipping method has better success rate to your country, in that case we change the shipping method and if there is a difference in price that was paid extra products will be added to your order.
