ORDERS & PAYMENTS

1. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
2. If a customer requests to cancel an order after payment has been completed, any refund will be issued only as credit to the customer’s prepaid wallet on our platform.
3. Providing incorrect or incomplete shipping details, including failure to use your full legal name, may prevent successful delivery. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for reshipping or issuing a refund.
4. Orders that are returned to the sender are generally lost, as a false return name and address are used for security purposes—this is standard practice in the industry.
5. Creating more than one account on our website is strictly prohibited, as it can cause operational delays and confusion. Violating this rule will lead to the suspension of all related accounts, and we will permanently stop providing services to you.

 

Store Credit and Deposits

1. Non-refundable credit: Once store credit is added to your account, it cannot be refunded or exchanged back into cryptocurrency or any other type of currency. Please note that we are not a crypto exchange or financial service.
2. Deposits are final: All cryptocurrency deposits for orders are permanent. Make sure you send the correct amount, as transactions cannot be reversed or adjusted once completed.
3. Future use: Any unused store credit will stay in your account and can be used for future orders.

 

Purchasing Terms

1. The purchaser confirms they are at least 21 years old.
2. The purchaser confirms they have read the “Read before ordering” page and are aware of seizure/reship policy to their respective country.
3. The purchaser states that they are an active athlete and authorized to use the medications being purchased.
4. The purchaser confirms they are not dependent on or addicted to any of the medications ordered.
5. The purchaser acknowledges that they understand the purpose, functions, and possible side effects of all products purchased.
6. The purchaser confirms they know the correct dosages and usage instructions for each medication.
7. The purchaser agrees that their order will only be used for legal purposes.
8. The purchaser agrees not to hold the website operators, or anyone associated with the website, responsible for any information provided here.
9. The purchaser confirms they understand and follow local laws and Ministry of Health regulations, and they will not import these products into any country outside of our jurisdiction.
10. The purchaser agrees to use the products only under the supervision of a licensed doctor.

PRODUCTS GUARANTEE

All products include a printed expiration date. If you receive any item that is expired, please do not use it and contact us immediately.

Products Delivery

1. Your order may be divided into multiple packages or shipped from different warehouses, depending on the size of your order and the delivery destination. This is done to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please make sure all delivery information is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or errors made by the postal service. While we are not obligated to compensate for issues caused by postal service mismanagement, we may, at our discretion, offer compensation as a gesture of goodwill to our customers.
3. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once they are delivered to your specified address. After delivery, we are not responsible for any loss or damage, and products cannot be returned.
4. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors outside of our control. In addition to the timeframes listed below, please allow an extra 5–6 days for domestic orders and 6–9 days (or more) for international orders before tracking information becomes available. This extra time is needed to prepare your order for secure and discreet shipping, as well as to comply with carrier dispatch limits.

• EU: 7–20 days
• International: 12–45 days

 

Liability

1. For security reasons, refunds are generally issued as store credit. In rare cases, a cash refund may be approved, but it will only be processed in Bitcoin or Litecoin, regardless of the original payment method. Only in USD value !
2. In cases of missing items, package loss, or package seizure, compensation will be provided only in regards to our shipping policy on this page (Read Before Ordering).
3. Free products obtained with Bonus Coins cannot be refunded or replaced.
4. If you do not receive your order within 30 days (for domestic shipments) or 60 days (for international shipments), you must notify us in writing at our contact address.
5. If products arrive damaged, incorrect, or in the wrong quantity, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Failure to do so within this time frame releases us from any responsibility to provide a solution. If notified in time, we will resend the correct items. If the items are out of stock, a refund will be issued as store credit for the missing items.
6. To resolve any issue with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, you must provide clear photographic evidence. This must include: a photo of the received products (showing their condition) alongside the shipping label from the package. Without this documentation, Anabolic Pharmacist reserves the right to deny any investigation, replacement, or refund.

At Anabolic Pharmacist, we strive to maintain a respectful, safe, and friendly community. We expect all customers to interact in a professional and courteous manner. Any form of aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior—including false accusations—will not be tolerated.

Violating these standards will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, along with the termination of our business relationship. These actions may be taken without prior notice in order to protect the integrity and safety of our community.
