All purchases are final and no refunds take place.
If you do not pick up your package it will be send back. Unfortunately we cannot get these parcels back so you will lose your order. We do not reship these orders.

We try to package things as compact as possible so we often reduce the quantity of boxes and put double the amount in one box.

If we have forgotten to add items to your order we will credit you extra store credit and add extra free products on your next order in most cases. Refunds are applicable only to this type of situation.
Sometimes the specific brand ordered is out of stock and we substitute it with another comparable brand with the same active ingredient.

Sometimes packages do not update but this does not mean they are lost/seized.
Packages can get stuck for 7-14 days on the same message for International Orders before they update.
Sometimes the website you are using to track your packages may show incorrect/incomplete information. For this reason we recommend checking your tracking code on multiple websites.
